The $997–$1,497 monthly management fee covers my real operating costs — ad management software, creative tools, and my time actually building and running your campaigns. The 10% commission is where I make real money — and that only happens when you close deals. Traditional agencies charge $3,000–$10,000 a month with zero performance stake. What's the minimum ad spend I need? +
It depends on your market and your average deal size. For most service businesses, we recommend a minimum of $1,500–$3,000/month in ad spend to generate meaningful data and consistent lead volume. We discuss this in your application call and build a plan that matches your market.
How do you track what sales came from your leads? +
We set up a simple, transparent CRM tracking system at the start of every partnership. Every lead I send you is tagged, time-stamped, and tracked through your pipeline. You see everything. I see everything. There's no ambiguity about which clients came from my campaigns and what they paid you.
What industries do you work with? +
I focus on high-ticket service businesses — home services, legal, medical/aesthetics, fitness & coaching, real estate, and certain e-commerce verticals. The deal works best when your average client value is $1,000 or more. Lower-ticket businesses are a poor fit for the model and I'll tell you that on the call.
Is there a contract? Can I leave? +
There's a simple performance agreement — not a retainer contract designed to trap you. If you want out, you give 30 days notice. I'm not interested in holding anyone hostage. If I'm not adding value, you should leave. That pressure keeps me sharp.
How many partners do you work with at once? +
